Modoc Gulch Juniper Treatment – Bureau of Land Management, California:  2,464 acres mechanical cutting and doodle-bundling juniper in the vicinity of Dorris, California, with track-mount-swing excavator equipped with hydraulic boom and full-rotation brush grapple.  (Started in spring 2016.  605 acres completed in 2016.  Work is scheduled to resume in 2017.)

Bullhog Warm Spring Hills Phase I – State of Utah, Department of Wildlife Resources: 1,487 acres hazardous fuels reduction & range restoration by mastication of Rocky Mountain juniper with Timbco track-mounted-swing hydro-bunchers equipped with Birdseye vertical-shaft mastication heads, John Deere 200 excavator equipped with a Denis horizontal-shaft mastication head, and Cat 321 excavators equipped with FAE horizontal-shaft mastication heads. (Scheduled for completion by March 31, 2017.)

Land Development & Subdivision, Morrow County, Oregon – A rural residential subdivision on 36 acres owned by Cecil & Nancy Swaggart near Boardman, OR. We have completed all development including subdivision planning & platting for 2- & 3-acre home sites, road construction & paving; installation of electrical power, telephone service, septic tanks, and drain fields for each lot; and development of an irrigation water distribution system with service to each lot. We have now sold nearly all of the lots. (2008 – present)

Land Development & Subdivision, Stevens County, Washington – A 319-acre project including timber harvest, thinning & fuels reduction, site preparation, and subdivision of forest land owned by Cecil & Nancy Swaggart near Springdale, WA. Nearly all of these 20-acre tracts have been sold. (2005 – present)

Central Oregon Restoration Project – U.S. Forest Service, Deschutes National Forest, Bend, OR: 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity service contract: Various items of hazardous fuels reduction including mechanical mastication and excavator piling, etc.. (Awarded 2009)

IDIQ For Fire Management – U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, WA: 5-Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for hazardous fuels reduction including mastication, grapple piling, etc. (Awarded 2010)

Mechanical Fuels Reduction – Wallowa-Whitman & Umatilla National Forests, OR: 5-Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for mechanical fuels reduction including mastication, grapple piling, etc. (Awarded 2010)

ESR BPA Chaining – BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, OREGON EASTERN DISTRICTS: Blanket Purchase Agreement for fire restoration chaining projects using two Caterpillar D8-class bulldozers and an Ely anchor chain. (Awarded 2013)

Idaho Juniper Control – Pheasants Forever, St. Paul, MN: Juniper control in the vicinity of Burley, Idaho: Hand cut & pile, plus mechanical mastication. (Awarded 2013)

Mechanical Hazardous Fuels Reduction IDIQ – Bureau of Land Management, Denver CO: 5-Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for mechanical fuels reduction in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah. Work includes mechanical mastication, grapple piling, etc..  (Awarded 2015)
